StS Resources and Technology and Hydrofit FZE International have announced a collaboration agreement to provide advanced positive pressure habitat systems and enclosures to the oil and gas markets in Azerbaijan and the Middle East area.

The companies will work together to deliver full turn-key services of design, manufacture, install, and maintain for asset owners who require hot work maintenance and repair.

StS will provide their advanced habitat systems to compliment the design, manufacture and install expertise of Hydrofit’s partners in Baku; Lasergulf, therefore allowing work to be completed on active assets and vessels. A similar process will take place with Hydrofit’s middle east partner based in Abu Dhabi; Gulf Technical Equipment.

“The StS team is excited about this new agreement with Hydrofit FZE,” said Paul Hancock managing director of StS Resources and Technology. “This partnership will enable StS to deliver its Habitat systems to new customers who will benefit from more efficient projects and reduction of costs.”

As part of the agreement, StS will provide training for Lasergulf’s and GTE’s personnel to assist in building and operating the habitat equipment.

“By working with StS, Hydrofit FZE will be able to help our customers achieve massive savings both in relation to time and money,” said Mike McBurney, Director, Hydrofit FZE. “Bringing together our established partners, industry know-how, and StS’s market-leading Habitat solution means that together we can provide a unique solution for the oil and gas market in these regions.”
